Cartoning

Assemblies Unlimited offers many cartoning services, including fully automatic volumetric filling of pasta, confection, powders, and more.  We can design and support chipboard cartons that are sift-proof, have glue-ends, bag in box, gable-top, theatre style, and auto bottom.

Over the last 2-years, we have experienced a lot of success supporting Mac and Cheese production, which includes the blending and pouching of the cheese, filling it into a pouch via HFFS, automatically dropping the pasta along with the cheese packet, gluing both ends, date and lot code, pack out into master cartons, palletize and ship.  We are doing millions of cartons of Mac and Cheese, so if you have a new brand you are trying to launch, contact Assemblies Unlimited.

We can provide a “labor only” solution or a full turnkey option where we could source and supply the packaging materials locally, including the printed cartons, the flexible film for the cheese packet, and the master cases for shipping.  We prefer that our clients provide the raw ingredients.

In addition to labor, we can provide the following packaging materials for your next cartoning project:

  • Clear or printed flexible film
  • Printed folding cartons
  • Inner cartons (IFCs)
  • Master cartons (corrugated)
  • Counter displays
  • POP displays

Incredibly understanding and patient throughout the entire process!

Jim Dekosta was absolutely amazing to work with! My family owns a small Italian restaurant in the Mississippi Delta that opened in 1948. Now in its third generation, we’re proud to still be going strong today. We’ve always been known for our homemade recipes — especially our sauces and dressings. Years ago, we bottled our signature salad dressing, but when our bottling company sold out to another, we had to start from scratch. After years of searching, we finally found a partner who could not only recreate that same delicious taste but also be incredibly understanding and patient throughout the entire process. That’s exactly what Jim, Andrea, and the entire team at Assemblies Unlimited did for us. We are forever grateful and look forward to working with this amazing crew for years to come!
