Club Store Packaging

Designing and the packaging of club store displays for both food and non-food categories is a specialty of Assemblies Unlimited POP (Point of Purchase) displays are used by many companies to expand their brand and provide a shopper with a positive experience in the retail environment.

Club packaging of non food retail items has become more popular over the last few years as many of the club stores, including Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s have set a new standard for the packaging and presentation of retail products.

Club Stores have rigid guidelines for contract packaging especially goods that are blister or clamshell packaged.  Some options include PDQ trays with product “soldier stacked” for neat display, large format trap blister packaging, value packs, twin packs, multi-packs, bundle wrapping and shrink wrapping.

The FDA requires date and lot coding visible on food category Club Packs and are sometimes required on non-food retail products as well.  We can help you with design, sourcing all packaging materials locally and then and manage your food or non-food club store packaging project from start to finish.  You supply your product to be packaged along with the artwork and Assemblies Unlimited will do the rest.

Assemblies Unlimited has over 20 years experience in full turnkey contract packaging and assembly and have deep expertise in what is required at the Club Stores. We will work alongside you and help you build your packaging specification for your Non-Food Club-pack project.  With a proven track record and a sensitivity to deadlines we will guarantee quick turnaround and help you avoid costly packaging mistakes that can derail your important program.

Let Assemblies Unlimited design, source and assemble your next Club Pack for  Costco, Sam’s Club, B.J’s, Wal-mart or any other Club Store.

Able to hit our very tight deadline!

We had a large inventory of cans that we needed relabeled with our new images. We spoke with over 10 companies across the US, all turned us away due to the labor that would be required to remove our existing labels. We were referred to Assemblies by another vendor of ours and I am sorry we even wasted time with any other contract packaging company. From the first day we met their team was in close communication from start to finish. They were also able to hit our very tight deadline we were requesting with no issues. They are very easy to work with, friendly, and took on a challenge with a smile. I look forward to many more projects with them.

We saved enormous time and capital!

As a startup in the international food business, now selling containers of products to Asia, we found Jim DeKosta and his team to serve us not only as fine and careful partners, but also as mentors: We saved enormous time and capital by relying on their expertise and experience, as opposed to having to learn everything in the highly specialized and constantly-morphing packaging arena on our own. It's essential to have a good and deep team, and great partners –– and Jim and his colleagues fulfill those roles particularly well for us. So grateful for them...
