Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS)

Assemblies Unlimited would like to help you with your next VFFS project. Specifically, vertical form, fill and seal (VFFS) is done on a “vertically fed” machine that forms the film, seals the film and fills the bag all in the vertical plane.

VFFS pouches have a “fin” seal on the back which is an indicator that the pouch was run on 1 of the many vertical FFS machines. Some popular VFFS machines include Hayssen, Matrix, Rovema, and Triangle.
