Assemblies Unlimited has a CFR-111 plant location which allows contract filling solutions for projects including OTC, Up-Downs, ‘v’ capsules, sample packs, Protein Powders, Collagen, CBD/Hemp oils, pill and capsule bottle filling, dietary supplement packaging, gummy bear vitamin packaging and much more.

We have fully automated production lines for both liquid and pill filling, including machinery to fill soft gels, caplets, pills, capsules, gelcaps, oils, shots, and more. This includes counting or liquid filling, capping, metal detection or XRAY, induction sealing, neckband shrink, inkjet date coding, and automatic labeling. Full-body shrink sleeving using a steam tunnel is available as well.

Able to hit our very tight deadline!

We had a large inventory of cans that we needed relabeled with our new images. We spoke with over 10 companies across the US, all turned us away due to the labor that would be required to remove our existing labels. We were referred to Assemblies by another vendor of ours and I am sorry we even wasted time with any other contract packaging company.
